Troulos
Troulos (meaning “dome” in Greek) is a small tourist settlement developed around the homonymous cute sandy beach.
It is situated at the southern coast of the island, some 9 kilometers southwestern to the town of Skiathos and one kilometer western to Platanias, on the way from Skiathos to Koukounaries. It owes its name to the islet across, whose shape reminds the dome of a church.
